It’s hard to find words big enough to describe Dr. Tom. He was kind, genuine, and endlessly caring — the kind of person who made everyone feel like family. Dan and I were always touched by how welcome he made us feel, and how he always went out of his way to be helpful and thoughtful, especially when it came to our dogs.
Words really can’t express the depth of his kindness. I never knew any of my grandfathers — they all passed before I was born — but Dr. Tom made me feel like he could have been mine.
