Addison M. Kuhlman's Obituary
Addison M. Kuhlman, age 4, of Amherst passed away Monday, September 8, 2014 at Rainbow and Babies Children’s Hospital in Cleveland.
She was born on August 27, 2010 in Cleveland, Ohio to Matthew and Teresa (nee Butler) Kuhlman and was attending Pre-School at St. Joseph School in Amherst. Ohio.
Addison loved music, singing, dancing and reading books. She will always be remembered for her beautiful smile and her great laugh.
She is survived by her parents, Matt and Teresa Kuhlman, of Amherst; a sister, Ava; grandparents, Steve and Debra Butler, of Leipsic, Oh and Norm and Jean Kuhlman, of Leipsic; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
The Kuhlman family will receive friends on Friday, September 12, 2014 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. The family will also receive friends on Sunday, September 14th. from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the Love-Heitmeyer Funeral Home, 226 N. Belmore Street, Leipsic, OH. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, September 15, 2014 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Mary Catholic Church, Leipsic, OH. Interment will follow at St. Mary Cemetery.
The family suggest contributions be made in memory of Addison to St. Joseph School, for the music department and books, 175 St. Joseph Drive, Amherst, OH 44001.
