Adolph Starec's Obituary
Adolph Starec, age 86, of Lorain, passed away on Saturday, March 1, 2014 at Mercy Regional Medical Center following a lengthy illness.
He was born on October 3, 1927 to the late John and Catherine (nee Milek). A lifelong resident of Lorain, he graduated from Lorain High School.
Adolph retired from US Steel, Lorain, where he had worked for many years. He was a member of the former St. Stanislaus Catholic Church, Lorain.
He is survived by his nieces, Kathleen (Jerry) Garey, of Rocky River and Maxine Golini, of Lorain; a nephew, Don (Retha) Staller, of Titusville, Florida; and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews; as well as survived by many cousins in Slovenia.
Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Anthony and Emil; and his sisters, Mary Staller, Angeline Brehany and Evelyn Starec; and a nephew, Gerald Staller.
Private inurnment will take place.
