Agnes Cable's Obituary
Agnes R. Cable (nee Sadowski), age 90, of Vermilion, died on Friday, March 4, 2011 at Anchor Lodge Nursing Home.
She was born on June 30, 1920 in Cleveland. She lived in Brooklyn, Ohio from 1950 until 2008 when she moved to Vermilion.
Agnes was a member of Corpus Christi Catholic Church in Cleveland for many years.
She enjoyed flower and vegetable gardening and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is survived by her son, Philip (fiancée, Debbie and her son, Anthony), of Vermilion; her daughters, Wilma (John) Putz, of Twinsburg and Linda (Tom) Sarnecki, of California; 8 grandchildren; 7 great-grandchildren; and her brother, Michael; and her sisters, Alice Jean and Viola.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Michael and Josephine (nee Skrocki) Sadowski and her sisters, Irene and Ann.
A Memorial Gathering will be held at a later date.
The Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Rd., Amherst, is handling the arrangements.
