Ana Cruzado's Obituary
Ana Cruzado, age 87, of Cleveland passed away Thursday, May 29, 2014 at Mercy Regional Medical Center in Lorain.
She was born on January 13, 1927 in Manati, Puerto Rico and moved to Cleveland in 1953 to marry her husband, Federico Cruzado, making Cleveland their home.
Ana was a homemaker and took great pride in raising her 5 children. She was a seamstress extraordinaire, from pillowcases to wedding gowns. She was an active member of the House of Praise International Church. She loved her family and will be remembered by them as their Prayer Warrior and how she selflessly always gave of herself.
She is survived by her children, Julie (Dennis) Heber, Samuel (Mina) Cruzado, Ismael (Ruth) Cruzado, Israel (Liz) Cruzado and Susana Obojski; grandchildren, Samuel Jr., Mayra, Jennifer, Jessica, Michele, Melissa and Christen; great-grandchildren, Katelynne, Jude, Ava, Jacob, Leland, Lia, Emmanuel, Melany, Simon and Jaxon.
Ana was preceded in death by her husband, Federico Cruzado in 1991.
The Cruzado family will receive friends on Monday, June 2, 2014 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. at the House of Praise International Church, 4321 Elyria Ave., Lorain where funeral services will be held on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at 10:00 a.m. Pastor Gilbert Silva, will officiate. Interment will follow at Riverside Cemetery, Cleveland, OH
Arrangements are under the direction of the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Rd. Amherst, OH.
