Angelina Perez's Obituary
Angelina Perez, age 38, of Lorain, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 21, 2015 at her home surrounded by the love of her family and friends.
Born on March 7, 1977 in Lorain, she graduated from Southview High School in 1995. She then attended The Wilma Boyd School of Travel in Pittsburgh.
For 9 years, Angelina worked for Glimcher Realty Trust in Columbus and most recently in Orlando, Florida. She was a Specialty Leasing Manager.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Church in Lorain.
Angelina loved traveling, music and dancing, and spending time at the beach. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She will be most remembered by her infectious laugh.
She is survived by her son, Eric Orlando Smith II, and his father, Eric Smith; by her parents, Juan and Bienvenida (nee Barbosa) Perez; her siblings, Jesus Manuel (Candy) Perez; Lizette (Juan) Torres; Richard (Glendalyz) Perez and Milton David (Karen) Perez; and her nieces and nephews whom she loved very much.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 24, 2015 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Rd., Amherst. Mass of Christian Burial will be on Friday at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Ave., Lorain. (Please meet at church) Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery.
