Ann M. Allison's Obituary
Ann M. Allison (nee George) 49, of New London, passed away Saturday, December 12, 2015 at New Life Hospice Residential Center, Lorain, following a lengthy illness.
Born August 27, 1966 in Lorain, she lived in S. Amherst before moving to New London 5 years ago.
Ann worked for the Nord Family Foundation as an office manager for 27 years. She enjoyed shopping, shoes, going for rides with her husband on his motorcycle and loved spending time with her family and friends.
Surviving is her husband, Mike; daughters, Erika Matus and Samantha Matus both of Amherst; step children, Joseph, Mike and Ashley; and grandchildren, Dalton and Brailynn; parents, Alfred and Jeanette George of Lorain; sisters, Kathy (Tom) Frye of Andalusia, Alabama, Lisa (Scott) Huddleston and Debbi (Rino) Lenoci both of Amherst; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her aunt, Vickie George 2014.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 16, 2015 from 4:00 - 8:00 pm in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, with a rosary at 7:30 pm Funeral services will be Thursday at 10:15 am in the funeral center followed by mass at 11:00 am at Nativity Catholic Church, 333 S. Lake Street, South Amherst. Rev. Timothy O’Conner will officiate. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
