Ann M. Lehman's Obituary
Ann Lehman (nee Socotch), age 83, of Amherst passed away Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at Mercy New Life Hospice Center.
She was born on August 20, 1933 in Lorain, Ohio to the late Nicholas and Emma Socotch and graduated from Lorain High School in 1951.
Ann loved flowers, sewing, watching Ohio State football games, and attending family reunions.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Glen; daughter, Cheryl (Mark) Tallman, of Cincinnati; sons James (Jessica) Lehman, of Lorain, and Kenneth Lehman, of Amherst; grandchildren, Colin Lehman, and Brittany (Jake) Smith; great- grandchildren, Wyatt and Dean Smith; sister, Marge Dostall; and many nieces and nephews.
Divine Liturgy will be held on Friday, May 26, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, 2711 W. 40th. Street, Lorain, OH 44053. The Very Rev. Nicholas Rachford, Pastor, will officiate. A luncheon will immediately follow the Divine Liturgy at the St. Nicholas Church Hall. Private family inurnment will take place at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp. at a later date.
In lieu of flowers family suggest contributions be made in memory of Ann to St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church.
