I found out 2 days ago that Tony had passed. I was so surprised that we had not heard. I did not know Tony until he was a medical device representative for Gyrus and worked with me in the operating room. We became good friends. He was always kind and larger than life. He had an incredible heart and worked to wrestle with professional and personal obstacles. It was difficult to see his health decline and palpable when he spoke about missing his children. The last time I saw him was the going away dinner with his parents prior to his move to Arizona. He was so hopeful. He was a dedicated father to Corey, Caden, and Reese. He was so proud of each of them. He was a very loyal and loving son, father, and friend. We pray for his soul and pray for comfort of his loved ones. We are certain that he has found the peace in heaven that he could not find in this life.
God bless Tony and the Horvath family
Prayers and love,

Can't believe he is gone. Every time I drive by the spot where I pulled Tony out of the lake and whenever I see someone that looks like him I think for a minute he is still here. He was taken way too soon - https://youtu.be/WHQj0INGslo
