Camilo Alvarado's Obituary
Camilo Alvarado, age 74, born in Zapote de Adjuntas, Guanajuato México passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021 in Westlake after many complications of health. He passed away with all his loving family next to him until his last breath. Camilo was born and grew up in Zapote de Adjuntas, Guanajuato México for 56 years before moving to Ohio. He was the only son of 8 children, from his father, Agapito Alvarado, and mother, San Juana Rosales. Camilo then got married on November 30, 1965, to his beautiful wife Josefina Albarran at age 18. Where the two survived 56 years of marriage and had 10 children. The surviving children are 2 daughters, Maria de la Luz Alvarado Albarran and Adelita Alvarado Albarran and 7 sons, Jesus Alvarado Albarran, Luis Martin Alvarado Albarran, Jose (Estrella) Alvarado Albarran, Juan Alvarado Albarran, Jorge Alvarado Albarran, Rene Alvarado Albarran, and Alejandro Alvarado Albarran. Now he was preceded in death by his parents and son Antonio Alvarado Albarran.
Camilo was a great husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather of 31 grandchildren, and great-grandfather of 21 great-grandchildren. He worked in the field for several years to serve his family and allow them to have a healthy and flourishing life. He was a man with values, principles, and a hard worker which he then passed on to his children and family. He was also a man of faith that lived by the sacraments and commandments of God. He was devoted to the Virgin Mary of Guadalupe and the Holy Child of Atocha. Camilo and his wife Josefina then moved to Lorain, OH, and lived here for 18 years before his passing. In his free time, he loved watching the sunset with his wife under their tree swing. He also loved hosting his family in their home.
The family will receive friends and family on Monday, June 28th, from 3 – 7 pm in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Friends will also be received on Tuesday, from 8:30 am until the time of his Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 am, at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Avenue, Lorain. The Rev.
