I had the pleasure of working with Carol at Kmart (when it was on Kresge Drive). She was a caring and funny lady. So sorry to hear of her passing.
Carol made everyone feel welcome and right at home at church. She actually took interest in people and the light of Jesus was in her eyes. She was one of those women whom reminded me of a beautiful delicate butterfly flitting from person to person as she made her way across the room greeting each person with a smile. Often she gave people little crafts she made..each as special and treasured as she was. See you later Carol..I was blessed to have you touch my life with your wings.
Carol used to try to teach me how to bake an Italian cookie that neither of us could spell - mascothas (spelling??). We laughed a lot. She baked them great. Mine were always just ok. We laughed a lot about that too. She was an awesome cook and great baker. I loved her and will miss her.
