Carol Machkoff's Obituary
Carol Machkoff (nee Stang), age 67, of Vermilion passed away Friday, October 30, 2015 at Mercy Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness.
She was born on March 5, 1948 in Elyria, Ohio to Robert and Ann (nee Sabol) Stang. Carol graduated from Elyria High School and summa cum laude from Lorain Business College where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree.
Carol retired from Romack Containers after 20 years of service as the Executive Secretary to the President. She enjoyed cooking, gardening, boating and traveling.
She is survived by her husband of 34 years, James Machkoff; mother, Ann Stang; and her sister, Gail Imes.
Carol was preceded in death by her father, Robert Stang.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center.
