Chad Zocchi's Obituary
Chad Zocchi, age 22, of Wellington passed away peacefully on Thursday, September 8, 2016 surrounded by his loving family.
He was born on July 29, 1994 in Elyria, Ohio and attended Marion L. Steele High School.
Chad was very athletic and excelled in both baseball and basketball. He also enjoyed weight lifting, working out, fishing and shopping.
He will be remembered for being an adventurous free spirit with a great sense of humor and the ability of making new friends wherever he went. Chad’s loving, kind and sweet nature will be greatly missed by those who loved him.
Chad is survived by his parents, Lisa (Paul) Miller, of Wellington and Al (Marilyn Sparks) Zocchi, of Wellington; brother, Alex Zocchi; step-brothers, Paul Miller Jr. and Michael Sparks; step-sister, Bethany Miller; grandparents, Diana Waters and Fred and Tina Zocchi; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William Waters; and his uncle, Kevin Waters.
The family will receive friends on Friday, September 16, 2016 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral &Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, September 17th. at 11:00 a.m. in the funeral center. Private family interment will take place at a later date.
