Cynthia J. Hogue's Obituary
Cynthia J. Hogue, daughter of the late Carmine “Carl” and Mary (nee Ciccati) Altomare, departed this life on Monday, April 8th, 2024 at Mercy New Life Hospice Center of St. Joseph. She was born in Lorain on July 29, 1950.
Cynthia worked for the Elyria City School district in various positions. She enjoyed camping with her family, especially spending time with her beloved grandchildren. She adored all of her cherished pets and enjoyed crocheting and Bingo as well.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 29 years, John Hogue. Cynthia is survived by her daughter, Crystal (Arthur) Williams, son, John (Brian Silveous) Hogue, granddaughters, Ashley (Travonte) Williams, Destiny Williams and Sierra (Kyle) Williams, her 6 great grandchildren, and a sister, Sheilah (Charles Pontious) Altomare.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 from 10:00 am until the time of her funeral services at 12:00 pm at Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst.
