Daniel M. Losh's Obituary
Daniel M. "DOC" Losh, a beloved father, grandfather, brother, and friend, passed away peacefully on Saturday, November 2, 2024, at the age of 64. Born on November 4, 1959, in Lorain, Ohio, to Michael and Mary Lou (nee Barnes) Losh, Daniel was a proud graduate of Southview High School, Class of 1978.
For 28 years, Daniel dedicated his career to Ford Motor Company, where he was known for his strong work ethic. Outside of work, Daniel was a sports enthusiast and an avid Cleveland sports fan. He found joy in fishing and was known for his love of the History Channel, often sharing intriguing facts with family and friends. He enjoyed playing board games, where his strategic thinking and competitive edge shone through. Daniel was an active participant in the local softball community, both as a player and as an umpire.
Daniel is survived by his children, Kristen Sennhenn, Nick Losh, Joseph (Michelle) Losh, and Bri Losh; his grandchildren, Lennon and Bowie Sennhenn; and his sister, Doreen Losh. He was preceded in death by his parents, Michael and Mary Lou Losh; his sister, Dianne Tosh; his former wife, Anne Losh; and his stepmother, Evelyn Losh.
Family and friends are invited to gather in remembrance of Daniel on Friday, November 8, 2024, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. at the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, located at 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst.
