Dauletta J. Hill's Obituary
Dauletta J. Hill (nee Fisher), of Sheffield Lake, Ohio, passed away on Sunday, February 7, 2016 at her home.
She was born on June 24, 1952 in Arlington, W. VA to the late Lemon and Oleta Fisher (nee Gibson).
She moved to Lorain in the 1960’s, where she met her beloved husband. Over the years, Dauletta worked part time in customer service. Her true passion though, was being a wife and mother.
Dauletta enjoyed family gatherings, Bingo, and always looked forward to trips to the casino. Her grandchildren and great-grandchildren brought many years of smiles and entertainment to her life.
Survivors include her son, Scott W. (Margaret) Hill, of Lorain, her daughter, Jennifer L. (Rich) Bartelme, of Westlake; three grandchildren, Cauletta J. (Tony) Hrpcha, of Sheffield Lake, Celeste and Sereena Sperry, of Westlake; three great-grandchildren; her brother, Ray (Sharon) Fisher, of Vermilion; sisters, Barbara (Burt) Vilagi, of Amherst, and Janet (Caunny) Cowger, of Vermilion.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Larry W. Hill, on October 20, 2012.
A private family memorial service will be held on Friday, February 12, 2016 at 1:30 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Inurnment will follow at Crown Hill Cemetery, Amherst.
