David Joseph Terry's Obituary
David Joseph Terry, age 72, of Lorain, passed away on Monday, December 7, 2020.
He was born on November 16, 1948 in New Bedford, MA to Aime Joseph and Mildred May (nee Bradstreet) Terry. While David was serving his country in the United States Armed Forces, he earned his high school diploma. He served for over 7 years in the Coast Guard as a fireman and finished his time served as a photojournalist. While serving, he obtained a good conduct award and also earned his degree in photojournalism from the Great Lakes Institute.
David’s greatest hobby was driving. Whether it be local shuttling jobs or bus trips all over the country, he thoroughly enjoyed driving. After his time served in the Coast Guard, he began driving for several companies. He even offered elite services to celebrities. David was baptized at the Amherst Four Square Baptist Church.
He is survived by his significant other, Janice Miller and long-time friend in Christ, Sr. Rosemary Koesel.
