The NASA Shared Services Center (NSSC) Pathways Team was devastated to learn of the passing of David "Ryan". As you well know he started his first rotation at GSFC on June 6, 2022. It was obvious that he left quit an impression with everyone he encountered during the summer. We are all proud of Ryan for his example of the perfect NASA Student Trainee.🚀

It was great knowing Ryan when he was a summer student working in code LC division. he was always talking to me about what he was going to be doing over the weekend with his friends, I remember one thing that stood out is that he went to see the movie Deadpool and absolutely loved it. He talk to me about what he wanted to do after high school going to college and pursuing his career. I remember taking him to lunch with a few of the colleagues of ours. He was such a great kid and was an honor to have been able to know Ryan. My deepest condolences to the family.
Ryan was sich a wonderful young man. I had the pleasure of watching him grow into a youngan that anyone would have been proud to know. Your smile was contagious. You will forever be in our hearts and prayers and so will your wonderful family.
Belinda, when I heard the devastating news of the loss of your son, my heart hurts for you and your family. This is a club none of us want to be a part of, but here we are. I am sending you comfort, love, and support during this horrible time. A child loves unconditionally and lives in every moment. Please remember that your Ryan had the most beautiful moments and memories with you and many others. Each family moment is a treasured memory within your heart that can never be taken away. I am here for you whenever you need to talk, cry or vent, Belinda. I will reach out to you later. I am sorry I cannot be at the service as I am out of State. One bit of advice a loved one gave me ......... "LOVE is greater than Grief." To you and your family, many prayers. I know my faith is the only thing that gets me thru. May, your faith help you and your family right now and in the days that lay ahead to give you peace and wrap you in love. Your co-worker and friend, Dawn Alberts

So so sorry for your loss. I was Ryan's second grade teacher and remember him as a kind, caring boy with the sweetest smile. Lifting you up in prayer, Lucia Keressi
