Dawn L. Lebanik's Obituary
Dawn L. Lebanik (nee Burgett), 62, formerly of Vermilion, passed away Monday, August 19, 2013 Pomerene Hospital in Millersburg, Ohio.
Born on July 8, 1951 in Oberlin, Ohio to the late Jack and Patricia (nee Hoffman) Burgett, she lived the early part of her life there and graduated from Oberlin High School. Following that, she spent many years living in Vermilion.
Dawn had previously attended Worldwide Church of God in Lorain.
She is survived by her husband of 30 years, Andrew, currently of Lorain; her sons, David and Gabriel Lebanik, both of Lorain, Paul Cornwell, of Salem, OH and Scott Cornwell, of Spokane, WA; 4 grandchildren; her brothers, Steve Burgett, Plymouth, OH, John Burgett, of East Lansing, MI, and David Burgett of TX; her sisters, Cynthia Burgett, of Pittsburgh, PA, Candy Martin, of Decatur, IN, Amy Webber, of Oberlin and Margie Lisle, of LaGrange.
The Lebanik family will receive friends on Saturday, August 24, 2013 from 5-7 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Rd., Amherst, where a funeral service will be held at 7:00 p.m.
