Dear Carol,
I am so sorry for your loss, it was a privilege to have gotten to know you and Bud over the last few years. You both are a inspiration to so many people, the love that you showed each other daily, and the kindness you bestowed on everyone you came in contact with is truly a rarity. I will miss Bud's wit when you come to visit on Sanibel, he was one of a kind.
I will keep you in my prayers Carol.

Dear Wendi, Mrs. Radefeld and family - So sorry to just now hear of Dr. Radefeld's passing. He was such a "good and faithful servant of the Lord". I loved going to your house while in high school (you truly had the best rec room), where he always greeted me and our other friends with a smile and kind words.
Please know that Eric and I, along with my mom (Gertie Jurczyk) and family, will be keeping you all in prayer during this difficult time.

Carol and Family,
I found out while at Fair tonight that Bud had past away. I must thank both of you for taking me on missions in RD. You have a wonderment and loving heart for those in need, trying to better their lives and bringing others, such as myself, along to experience and see Gods' love first hand. Having repeated those trips with you helped me become a better person of faith. Blessings to all of you, especially you, Carol, for sharing your time, talents, knowledge, love and for sharing Bud with all of us.

Dr. Radefeld was truly the patient advocate, a great surgeon and teacher as well as mentor. I cherished the times I was his scrub nurse at St Joes and worked with him at EMH! What an honor it was to work with such a kind heart and caring sole.
He touched many hearts with his wisdom and friendship as well as serving his community.

Condolences to Larry, and of all the Radefeld family. Fortunately, you have spent many years together, and have a stockpile of good memories that will be helpful in dealing with the pain. The Doctor was a highly respected man who excelled in his honorable profession of healing, and caring. The world has lost a good one.
My condolences to Carol and family. My mother Rose Yuhasz, now deceased, shared a bond with Doctor and Carol, due to the fact Doctor Radefeld saved her son and my brother Michael Yuhasz. He had acute pancreatitis and Dr Radefeld saved his life. A time in the early seventies that none of us have ever forgotten. It it wasn't for him my brother would not have made it. I'm thankful for Dr. Radefeld touching our lives in a very special way. Rest in peace Dr. Radefeld. He's now with Jesus!
