Elizabeth "Beth" Ann Kurish's Obituary
Elizabeth “Beth” Ann Kurish (nee Boisvenue), age 60, of Lorain passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, December 22, 2016.
She was born on June 15, 1956 in Cleveland, Ohio to Edward and Elizabeth Boisvenue. Beth attended Midview High School and went on to further her education at Lorain County Community College earning her Associates Degree in Nursing. She was currently employed with University Hospitals in the emergency room at the Avon facility.
Beth was a very positive woman who made an impression on everyone she met. She was full of light and that light shined bright. She was very devoted to her faith and her family. She found great joy in her grandchildren as they were her life.
She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Keith; son, Christopher (Emily) Riddick, of Oberlin; daughter, Crystal (Gary Boss) Griffith, of Cuyahoga Falls; grandchildren, Cassie, Christopher, Jesse, Dylan, Shelby, Connor, Max, Trevor, and Gavin; mother, Elizabeth “ Betty” Boisvenue; brothers, Peter Boisvenue and Jim (Carla) Boisvenue;and her sisters, Marie (Bob) Ochsner, Denise Boisvenue, and Chris Boisvenue.
Beth was preceded in death by her father, Edward Boisvenue; brother, Tom Boisvenue; and her sister, Laura Boisvenue.
The Kurish family will receive friends on Thursday, December 29, 2016 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral &Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 30th. at 10:00 a.m. at St. Vincent De Paul Catholic Church, 41295 North Ridge Road, Elyria. Rev. Father Donald Dunson, Pastor, will officiate. (EVERYONE PLEASE MEET AT CHURCH) Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
