Born on January 16, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, to the late Willie and Eula (née Farmer) Elswick. A 1977 graduate of Columbia High School, he built a career marked by dedication, hard work, and pride in a job well done. He treasured time spent with family, whether gathered around the table, enjoying the outdoors, or creating memories on the open road.
