In your many years with the Elyria swim team, Gary was a dedicated,rational and hard working Dad. In short he was a respected friend. My thoughts are with each of you at this difficult time.
To Christine and Family, Christine I have very fond memories of your Dad from our swimming days together at the Elyria YMCA. Your Mom and Dad were great supporters and we always at our meets! Amy & Family: I am so deeply sorrowful for your lost. Your Dad was a wonderful person, I respected and appreciated how he treated everyone. Remember Amy when you worked in Accts. I am truly sorry I did not get a chance to come to the Funeral Home yesterday, I was busy at church, but please tell your entire family this..Gary is still with us, in spirit and wonderful memories - after I got over the intial shock, I thanked GOD for allowing ME to know Gary. Dear Janice, Christine, and Amy, My heart is saddened by the loss of your husband/dad. What a wonderful man with a quiet, gentle spirit who raised two beautiful daughters. He was very special and we saw that when we spent the evening getting to know both of you at the Spontik/Pittak wedding reception in May. We greatly enjoyed talking with both of you that evening.
