My deepest sympathy to your family- I always enjoyed talking to your mom at Lorain Catholic events. She always worked hard to support Lorain Catholic and the activities you participated in.
Your mom and your family are in my prayers!🙏🙏

I was so sorry to hear of Gerrie’s passing. I knew her from the ER at St Joe’s Hospital and I look back fondly at the time we spent together working. She was truly an angel caring for everyone. I also remember Gerrie being so proud of her children. There was not two kids more deeply loved by a mother than Amy and Joe. May she rest in peace.

You are now with those up above who have been waiting a long time for you to arrive. You will always cross my thoughts and always be in my heart.God bless you,and peace be with you.Oh yea tell the people that we had friendships with that are up there waiting for you that I said hi.Love you .Little Deb
Gerri was truly an angel… caring, compassionate, kind… a wonderful mother, grandmother and great grandma… a fun and loving person to be with and the most hardworking and dedicated nurse that there ever was!!! She will be missed by so many! There is a long line of folks up in heaven wanting to give her a big hug!
This breaks my heart. It seems like we just facebooked each other. I am so sorry for the family’s loss. She loved Jesus so we know she’s with Him now.
So very sorry for your loss. Gerrie was a great nurse and person. I know she was in the hospital countless times. Now she doesn’t have to suffer anymore!! God Bless her and keep her in his care. Many prayers to the family🙏🏻🙏🏻
Gerrie and I were next door neighbors and buddies until the family moved to the east side. We were the original Woody and Jessie, as evidenced by the photo below. After college we reconnected as employees at St Joseph Hospital. Gerry will be missed by her many friends.
