Ines Morales' Obituary
Ines Morales, age 75, of Lorain, passed away after a lengthy illness on Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at her home, surrounded by her loving family.
She was born on January 4, 1946 in Arecibo, Puerto Rico and moved to Lorain in 1966. She possessed a great “green thumb” and enjoyed tending to her plants and flowers. She even worked for various greenhouses in this area. Ines also enjoyed sewing, crocheting, working on puzzles, listening to music, and sometimes singing along. She embraced her Pentecostal faith.
She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Hector, children, Gladys (Adalberto) Terron, Ines (Samuel Saez) Morales, Carmen Velez, Noemi Mesas, Hector Morales, Jr., and Joel Morales, 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and sisters, Blasina Mendez and Anna Del Rio.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jesus Del Rio and Adela Toledo, a daughter, Ruth E. Morales, and a sister, Rosalia Del Rio.
The family will receive friends on Monday, August 23, 2021 from 10:00 am until the time of her funeral service at 12:00 pm, in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst.
