Nobody knew just what wonderfulness he offered. "Just Out Of Love, From His Heart". He offered protection.... Silently! I truly LOVE this wonderful man!!!! With ALL of my heart, and with ALL of my soul!
I LOVED HIM SO much! He Always treated me, Like I was HIS girl. I cryed so hard, last week... When I learned that he was gone. No wonder, I have not seen my great buddy!!! I will NEVER forget a true awesome man
I was shocked to hear the passing of Jim. He had a heart of gold and I could always count on Jim to put a smile on my face. My family loved JIm, Lonnie spoke highly of Jim and my mom would light up when ever Jim was in the room, he always made her laugh. Growing up I can always remember going to lunch at Danny Boys with Chief Hall, Lonnie and Jim, he was always great to me and defiantly one of my favorites. I thank him for his loyality and service to The Amherst Police Department. Rest in peace Jim you will be missed.
Jim was a very special person. He always made you feel important and was always upbeat. He surely will be missed especially in Amherst with his great smile. May he now Rest In Peace. We love you Jim!!!!

We sure had a lot of good times back in th 70's amd 80's. You will always be remembered in our hearts.
Jennifer and Jim, your dad was kind to me from my first day on the job at the Amherst P.D. to the last time I saw him before I left. He had a unique way about him that I respected and appreciated. He was fun to be with and I will miss seeing him around town. I have more thoughts to share, but will save them for when I see you again.
