Jennifer Lynne Musgrave's Obituary
Jennifer Lynne Musgrave passed away in her home in Oberlin, Ohio on May 6, 2023 due to complications from her lifelong battle with severe Rheumatoid arthritis. She was 68 years old. She was surrounded by her family during the final days of her life. She was born Jennifer Lynne Butler in Toledo, Ohio on August 11, 1954 to her father Earl Butler Sr. and her mother Helen Louise Butler (nee Lewis).
She graduated from Rogers High School in Toledo, Ohio in 1971.
She loved to dress in the trends of the time and worked at several of the clothing and department stores of the era. She found her way to the accounting department at the Westgate Lion store, a field in which she would remain until the onset of her arthritis while in her mid-20's. She met and married the love of her life, Michael, on March 17, 1973.
They were married for 50 years.
Jenny is survived by her husband Michael P. Musgrave Sr., by her loving children Michael Musgrave Jr. (Heather), Rachel Bremer and Joseph Musgrave; her seven grandchildren Kayla, Noah, Hannah,
Dax, Trent, Emily, and Tyler; her sisters Teresa Spence and Candy Lenz (Ken).
She was preceded in death by her parents Earl and Helen. Also preceding her in death was her dear brother-in-law and sister Teresa's husband, Harry Spence.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 21, 2023 from 12:00 p.m. – 2:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral and Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, Ohio. A memorial service will follow the visitation at 2:00 p.m. in the funeral center.
