Jerry Wayne Quesenberry's Obituary
Jerry Wayne Quesenberry, 72, passed away on Monday, September 1, 2025, at Clyde Garden Nursing Home in Clyde, OH. He was born on December 19, 1952, in Pikeville, Kentucky, and graduated from Freds Creek High School.
A proud U.S. Army veteran, Jerry honorably served his country until his discharge in 1974. He was raised by his loving grandparents, Freeland and Fairy Taylor, along with the care and support of his aunts and uncles. Jerry had a lifelong love for cars and music, which brought him joy throughout his life.
He is survived by his sisters, Eleanor (Gerry) Frederick of Tiffin, Debbie (Timothy) Reed of Mansfield, and Pam Stratton of Lorain. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Quesenberry and loving mother Belvia Kaylor; sister, Brenda Smith; and brothers, Harold Adcox and Jimmy Adcox.
The family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude to Clyde Garden Nursing for the exceptional care and kindness shown to Jerry.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, September 5, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. at the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 p.m., with interment at Elmwood Cemetery in Lorain.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made in Jerry’s memory to Heartland Hospice. Online condolences may be left for the family at www.dovinreberjones.com.
