Jewel D. Sells' Obituary
Jewel D. Sells, age 83, of Sheffield Lake, passed away on Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Golden Acres Nursing Home.
She was born on November 10, 1931 in Monticello, Kentucky. She came to the Lorain area in the early 1950’s. Jewel has been a resident of Sheffield Lake for 45 years.
She enjoyed quilting and sewing.
She is survived by her sons, Wayne (Cathy), of Pinegrove, KY, Donald Jr., of Sheffield Lake, and Jeffrey (Barbara), Raeford, NC; and many grandchildren and great grandchildren; and her sister, Lesty (Harold) Reaser, of Lorain.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Sells, Sr., on November 2, 2014; and 3 brothers and 1 sister.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 from 1:30 p.m. until the time of funeral service at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel at Rest Haven Memory Gardens, 3700 Center Rd., Avon, where burial will be following the services.
The Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Rd., Amherst, handled the arrangements.
