Thanks to Jim’s guidance , we ‘navigated’ the college tuition at BW for our 2 sons.
With his knowledge, our sons graduated “debt free” . 💵 We appreciate ALL information we learned from our friend, Jim.

Jim and Carol were the best neighbors you could hope for always caring. Jim worked hard keeping up his house and properties , enclosing his patio , siding the garage and all his other projects. If we were outside he had time for a conversation . When I was painting the house he offered to help , unfortunately this is when we found out number 4 was on the way and looked for a bigger house. I’ll always remember him calling for the cat that got away. Also I never saw him get ruffled about anything. RIP. Jim
Many fond memories of our family going to Fostoria to visit Aunt Teen, Uncle Earl, and the cousins! Jim was such a positve person: loved his smile at our reunions . I know how special his family was to him - especially the grandchildren. Love to Carol and Family.
