Joanne Miller's Obituary
Joanne M. Miller (nee Rawson), age 84 , a resident of Lorain, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2010 at Mercy Regional Medical Center, Lorain after a short illness.
Joanne was born on July 25, 1926 in Elyria, Ohio to the late, Carl and Agnes (nee Clark) Rawson.
She attended Elyria High School. Joanne was a homemaker and she loved cooking and gardening. She especially enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren.
Joanne is survived by her daughters, Kristine Ward, of Amherst, Barb Sterling, of Amherst and Mary Ann Bunting, of Lorain; 10 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren; sister, Jean Rudy,of Amherst.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond Miller in 1988 and her grandson Rusty Ward in 1987.
Graveside services will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp.
