John Keaton Budd's Obituary
John Keaton Budd, age 26, of Elyria passed away Thursday, September 29, 2016.
He was born on January 9, 1990 in Cleveland, Ohio to Coranna Newcomb-Budd and John E. Budd.
Keaton attended Elyria high school and the church of the Open door. He was a self employeed master painter, who was also employeed by several area painting contractors. Keaton loved hunting and camping, drinking coffee, playing his guitar, cooking (grilling was his specialty), and spending time with his friends. He participated in gymnastics in his younger years. Keaton loved God,his family,and his Country and always stepped forward to thank a veteran for their service.
He is survived by his Mother, Coranna Newcomb-Budd and Father John E. Budd; brothers, Jeffrey N Newcomb and Jarrett D Newcomb;Nieces Amanda Newcomb and Layla Newcomb; grandmother, Edna DesChamps; Uncles; Al “Herk” DesChamps(Judy), Joel DesChamps(Rhonda), and Dan DesChamps(Kelli) ; and his aunt Andrea Estep(Billy).
Keaton was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Alderic W. DesChamps; and his Beloved cat Hunter.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 from 4:00 -8:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral &Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst where funeral services will be held on Wednesday, October 5th at 11:00 a.m. Pastor Bob Wickens, of Church of the Open Door, will officiate. Interment will take place on Friday, October 7th. at 10:00 a.m. at Ridge Hill Memorial Park, Amherst Twp.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made in memory of Keaton to the Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, 5005 Euclid Ave., Cleveland, OH 44103
