Dear Matt & Chris, I am so sorry to hear about your loss! I wish I had heard sooner, as I would have attended the viewing to deliver my condolences personally. Please know that my thoughts and prayers are with you both during this time and always. I hope this finds you both doing well in your new life. Warmly, Beth & Don Kaiser
Maureen & Family, I was so learning to learn about your Dad. I remember your Dad picking us from the mall one time when you bought makeup and he wouldn't let you wear it because he thought it was bad for your skin! Always looking out for you! I hope that your sorrow that you are feeling now will soon be replaced with happy memories of your Dad that will make you feel better. Thinking of you.
You could not find a nicer man then Jack anywhere, always quick with a joke and a smile. I loved talking to him on the phone he would always make me laugh. Quick witted, smart, funny and caring, what else could anyone ask for? We both came from Boston and I so enjoyed talking about his weather station or how to make clam chowder. To all of you I offer our sincerest condolences. A finer man or neighbor there will never be. I know you are with GOD already....sail on John, sail your sea.
To the Harrington Family, I was so sorry to hear of the great "Big John's" passing. I worked with him for over 14 years at CHP, the first 3 of which I was totally intimidated by him. Little did I know in those early years what a very special man he was. He was rough, he was tough but underneath it all he was a gentle giant with a wonderful sense of humor. I will always remember him as a very special part of my life. May he rest in peace and may you his family always have warm memories of him.
Matt and Chris: I was sorry to see of your dad's passing and I remember fondly that my mother had high praise for him during her nursing career in Lorain. It's never easy losing a parent and I admire the manner in which he lived and raised his family. May God bless. George Evans.
