The world lost a good one when Joe passed away. I have known Joe since our college days and have many fond memories of our times together. I never remember Joe with anything other than a positive demeanor. I was so sorry not to be able to attend the funeral but would like to send my condolences to Joe's family.

I am an old friend of Joe, back to his days at Sacred Heart of Jesus parish in Oberlin. We worked together in the RCIA program, and if memory serves (mine does not) we were on parish council together, or at different times. I am sorry to have missed the Mass and luncheon. Please accept my belated condolences on your loss. I know Joe is happy: John chapter 14 Verse 2 states "In my father's house there are many dwelling places." Sounds like a realtor's Paradise to me. You will be missed terribly Joe by so many that had the total pleasure and honor of knowing you. ♥️ Whenever I had an issue and called, you would take the time and talk to me about it. You are a very honest, caring, upbeat man. And if you weren't happy enough before you met your beautiful wife Barb, after you met her we couldn't pull you down from the clouds. ☁️ You so loved her. 💕 You two were soulmates.
Knowing Joe, he's up in heaven soon to start his own real estate company. I bet you he's going to town selling houses already. 🏡 Joe, please find Gary up there and sell him the biggest best house (w/pool) and it'll be ready for me when I come. You know what I like. 😆 🏡
