Joshua Dean Elijah Baire's Obituary
Joshua Dean Elijah Baire, 33, passed away Sunday, May 10, 2026, after a long illness.
Born April 30, 1993, in Lorain, Ohio, Joshua was the beloved son of William E. “Ed” and Melisa (nee Trevino) Baire. He graduated from Marion L. Steele High School in 2011 and went on to build a career as a dedicated pipefitter with UA Local 120 Pipefitters.
Joshua enjoyed shooting and spending time with those he loved most. His greatest joy in life was his son, Easton. Whether playing video games together or simply enjoying each other’s company, Joshua treasured every moment spent with him. Easton truly meant the world to his father.
Joshua will be remembered for his infectious laugh, kind heart, and warm personality. He had a way of instantly drawing people to him, and everyone who met him quickly became a friend.
He is survived by his son, Easton Baire; former spouse and friend, Randi Baire; his parents, Ed and Melisa Baire; brother, E.J. Baire; sister, Morgan Melisa Baire; grandmother, Elva Trevino; and his girlfriend, Sophia Koson.
He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Armando Trevino; and paternal grandparents, Bert and Virginia Baire.
Private funeral services were conducted under the direction of the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, OH 44001.
In memory of Joshua, the family suggests contributions be made to his son, Easton.
