Katherine A. McDermott, age 85, of Amherst, formerly of Lorain passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, July 29, 2013 surrounded by her family under the care of New Life Hospice. She was born on May 19, 1928 in Mather, Pennsy Read Obituary
Sorry for your loss. My family is looking for relatives of our uncle, Francis McDermott who resided in Carmel, California for most of his life. He came from a large family on Cleveland's west side. He had a brother, Jim ( Edward J, ) a niece Doreen, and many brothers and sisters we never met.
Uncle Fran married our Aunt Molly Kracker iin the 1950's. They had no children.
This would be an older generation to you- probably great uncle, etc.

I was so sorry to hear of the loss of dear great aunt Kate. I always enjoyed seeing her, and felt so special that she always remembered who I was even though I did not see her often during the past 15 years. She will be missed.
