Sorry that Katie is gone, but she will never be forgotten. I still remember what a wonderful cook she was. We use to pick the cherries in the back yard for her to make pies...one for the pie and two for us. I am surprised there were any cherries for the pies once we finished them. Kate was a wonderful person and I know we appreciated her more as we got older and realized how wonderful she really was. God bless you all.
Nancy, I am so very sorry to hear that your Mom passed away. We have you in our thoughts and prayers and wish you and your family peace and comfort as you continue to grieve and adjust. Her bright spirit will forever be with you and we look forward to seeing you soon.

I cant choose one single memory, one story, one goofy saying, one crazy gadget, because they all just make me smile. She was what we all aspire to be, and I am truely blessed to have had her in my life. Only have one thing to say,"K-K-K Katie, beautiful Katie, your the only G-G-G girl that I adore!!" :) Love you Grandma
To the Thompson Family!! Our thoughts are with you at this time... We have meet this dear Lady a couple of times.. My Daughter in Law ( Michelle ) was very fond of this lady.. Some of the stories she has shared with us have been very enlightening.. She seemed like a very caring and giving person.. We are glad to have had the pleasure of meeting her.. May she rest in peace now.. and try not to give the Good Lord to rough of a time.. Her party if just starting. She live life to its fullest and made each day count.. May Gods light shine upon her and his perpetual light always shine upon her smiling face....
During my high school years I remember spending time with Nancy at Kate & Bob's. there was always something going on or a good story. Laughter was always in the air.
Heaven will be a brighter place with Kate's presence. Kate your smile and laughter will be missed.
God bless you Katie. May you rest in peace. You will be missed by many of your friends and family.
