Kenneth Austin Faria's Obituary
Kenneth Austin Faria, age 19, of Lorain passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, February 21, 2015.
He was born on July 30, 1995 in Westlake, Ohio to Kenneth and Jennifer (nee Scott) Faria and graduated from Marion L. Steele High School in 2013.
Kenneth loved his brother and sisters. He liked to sing and rap, play basketball, camping and sitting around the campfire with his friends. He was the kind of person that everyone loved to be around. He had a way about him that brought a smile to your face and was known for always giving a hug and kiss.
He is survived by his parents, Kenneth and Jennifer Faria, of Lorain; brother, Javier; sisters, Alexis and Corissa; grandparents, Eleanore Dobis and Lee Benjamin Scott and Ramon and Edna Faria.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his grandmother, Patricia Scott; and grandfather, Bill Dobis.
The Faria family will receive friends on Thursday, February 26, 2015 from 2:00 – 8:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, February 27, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. at Sacred Heart Chapel, 4301 Pearl Ave., Lorain. Rev. Fr. William Thaden, Pastor, will officiate. Private family inurnment will take place at a later date.
