Kristina Marie Speelman's Obituary
Kristina Marie Speelman, 41, of Elyria, Ohio, went home to be with the Lord on Friday, May 9, 2025, after a lifelong battle with Diabetes. She has been reunited with her sweet baby boy, Noah.
Born on October 5, 1983, in Warrensville Heights, Ohio, Kristina was a proud graduate of Clearview High School, Class of 2002. Known for her caring heart and generous spirit, Kristina's greatest joy in life was spending time with her family-especially her nieces and nephews, with whom she shared countless cherished memories and selfies.
Kristina is survived by her partner of 21 years, Matt Harris of Elyria, OH; her parents, Dennis and Denise Edwards of Grant-Valkaria, FL; her siblings, Aaron (Shana) Edwards of Vero Beach, FL, Deanna (Kevin) Sheehan of North Royalton, Mariah (Greg) Schmitz of Lorain, and Rusty Edwards of North Ridgeville; her nieces and nephews: Jayce, Adrianna, and Leo Schmitz, and KJ and Shannon Sheehan; her Gramma, Dolores Speelman and her partner’s parents, Donald and Kristine Harris. She was preceded in death by her son, Noah Landyn; her Pappy, Sherman Speelman and her grandparents, Hansel and Diana Edwards.
Her presence brought warmth, laughter, and love to all who knew her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of her family and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, May 19, 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. A funeral service officiated by Pastor Josh Smith will immediately follow at 12:00 p.m. Interment will take place at Elmwood Cemetery in Lorain.
