Leonard G. Hartle Jr.'s Obituary
Leonard G. Hartle, Jr., age 75, of Amherst, passed away peacefully, with his family by his side, after his battle with cancer. He spent 30 years with the Local #758 Union Hall in Lorain, after serving his country in the United States Army.
Leonard was blessed with 4 children who will miss him dearly; Brian Hartle, of Lorain, Denise (Rick) Ridenour, of Lorain, Renee (Fred) Hartle-Wade, of Sullivan, and Sheila (Wiley) Marcum Boggess, of Payson, AZ. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Leonard Hartle, Sr., his mother, Ann (nee Bennoitt) Hartle, and his sister, Ruby Robert.
The family will receive friends on Monday, July 9, from 4:30 pm until the time of funeral services at 6:00 pm., at the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. The Amherst Veterans Military Honor Guard will conduct military honors at 6:00 pm, with Leonard’s memorial service immediately following.
