Lillian Ann Bors' Obituary
Lillian Ann Bors, age 93, of Lorain, passed away on January 1, 2017 at Sandy’s Adult Care Facility, Lorain.
She was born on September 18, 1923 in Amherst and has lived in this area her entire life. Lillian was an active member of St. Ladislaus Catholic Church while it was still open. Once they closed, she became a member of St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Parish. Her friends and family were always very important to her, always staying in close contact with her friends from church. Lillian’s other love in her life, were her dogs, including her current beloved American Eskimo, Heidi. She had worked at one time for the Elyria Lace Company and at Worthington Golf Ball in Elyria as well.
Lillian is survived by her 1st cousin, Robert Lehman, several 2nd and 3rd cousins, as well as a 4th cousin. She was preceded in death by her parents; Anton and Anna (nee Cetl) Bors and her aunt, Magdalene Lehman.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 5th, from 10:00 a, until the time of services at 11:00 am, at the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, OH. Fr. John C. Retar, Pastor of St. Francis Xavier Cabrini Parish. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
