Linda Sue Smith's Obituary
Linda Sue Smith, 68, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Lorain, passed away on October 3, 2025, after a lengthy illness. She was born on August 31, 1957, in Amherst, Ohio, to the late Claude and Maggie (née Hardwick) Smith.
Many will remember Linda from her days at Sprenger Autumn Aegis Nursing Home. She was full of character and always kept people on their toes. She loved shopping, indulging in a great pedicure, and had a way of making every moment memorable.
She was the loving mother of Stephanie Smith, Erica O’Neal, Michael (Janice) Smith, and Shannon Smith; cherished grandmother of Kiara, Khiry, Kameron, Tyheed, Dylan, Makayla, Makenna, Savion, Luciano, and Shania; great-grandmother of Krue, Karter, Kaiden, and Symere; and dear sister of Ralph (Betsy) Smith and Barbara Pagan.
Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her treasured granddaughter, Ellianna; siblings, Annetta Sexton, Mary Louise Back, and Bobby Smith; and brother-in-law, Manuel “Tony” Pagan.
She will be privately laid to rest in Rugby Cemetery in Brownhelm Township. Arrangements entrusted to Dovin & Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center.
