Linda M. Taylor's Obituary
Linda Mary Taylor (Milks-Rutledge) age 75, of Amherst, passed away peacefully at her home after illness’ on March 18, 2024.
Linda was born on November 29, 1948 in Springville, New York but has lived in Amherst for the past 67 years and is a graduate of Marion L. Steele High School. Her lifetime career was at Golden Acres Nursing Home where she finally retired from in 2016. One of her most favorite things to do as a hobby was work in her garden.
She is survived by her beloved husband, Merle H. Taylor; daughters, Christine, of Tennessee, LeeAnn, of California and Kimberly, of Columbia Station, OH; 5 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and her brothers, James, of Norwalk, OH, Jeff, of Columbus, OH and Michael, of Ada, OH.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lynn and Gertrude (nee Simmons) Milks and brothers, John & Richard.
