Lisa Norton's Obituary
Lisa Norton (nee Zimmerman), age 51, of Radcliff, Kentucky and formerly of Lorain, Ohio passed away unexpectedly September 16, 2012 in Lorain. She was born in Lakewood, Ohio in 1961 to Don and Jonnie Zimmerman. Ms. Norton attended Lorain High School and eventually earned a degree as a Registered Nurse, specializing in oncology.
She practiced nursing in both Ohio and California. In her spare time, she enjoyed traveling, reading, and spending time with her children.
She is survived by her companion of many years, Ralph McFarland, her three children: Alex, Elisabeth and Isaac; her siblings, Jeff Zimmerman (Lisa), Lynn Zimmerman (Dustin Engle), and Erich Zimmerman (Jacquelyn Morales); her nephews, Nicholas, Daniel and Ryan Zimmerman and Jacob and Ian Hall and niece, Reece Zimmerman.
She was preceded in death by her father, Don Zimmerman who passed away in October 2001 and her mother, Jonnie Zimmerman who passed away August 4th. of this year.
The Family will receive family and friends on Sunday, September 23, 2012 from 3:00 – 6:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, Ohio. Private interment will take place at a later date.
