Lori Ann Tibbetts' Obituary
Lori Ann Tibbetts(nee Tyree), age 50 of Lorain passed away on Wednesday, February 1, 2017 with her loving family by her side after a battle with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis. Lori was born on March 15, 1966 and graduated from Lorain High School in 1984.
She was a veteran of the United States Air Force and served during the Gulf war at the rank of E4 Sergeant.
Lori was a generous and giving person who loved spending time with her daughter and family. She also enjoyed traveling and games.
She is survived by her daughter, Ayla B. Tibbetts; parents, Dallas R. and Loryane Tyree; sister, Rhonda (Doug Macarthy) Tyree; brother, Tim (Peggy) Tyree; aunts, nieces and nephews; and her former husband, Tim Tibbetts.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, February 5, 2017 from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst where funeral services will begin at 5:00 p.m. following the visitation. The Louis Paul Proy DAV Chapter 20 will conduct military honors. Private family interment will take place.
In lieu of flowers the family suggest contributions be made in memory of Lori to her daughter, Ayla B. Tibbetts.
