Mackenzie Rose Cieslak's Obituary
Mackenzie Rose Cieslak, a beautiful and cherished child, passed away on Monday, June 5, 2023, at Akron Children’s Hospital. She was a tender age of 2 ½ years old, born on September 8, 2020.
Mackenzie was the beloved daughter of Alexander and Katie (nee Pena) Cieslak, a radiant light that brightened their lives every day. She was an adored little sister to Mary Kate, sharing a special bond of sibling love and joy. Mackenzie’s laughter and sweet spirit filled their home with happiness and love.
She will forever hold a special place in the hearts of grandparents, Mark and Susan Pena, and Mike Cieslak; uncles, Matthew (Olivia) Pena, Andrew (Melissa) Pena, and Michael E. Cieslak; and her cousins, Lily, Sage, Colton, and Chase; and her great-grandmother, Mary Bradley.
While the pain of Mackenzie’s loss is immeasurable, her family finds solace in knowing that she is reunited with her grandmother, Cheryl Cieslak, who preceded her in death.
The family will receive friends on Sunday, June 11, 2023 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst. During this time, they will come together to share cherished memories of Mackenzie and find comfort in the support of one another.
