Mary Hegedus' Obituary
Mary “Maria” Anna Hegedus, age 72, of Lorain, died on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Mercy Regional Medical Center following a short illness.
She was born on February 7, 1939 in Hungary. In 1956, she left Hungary during the Hungarian Revolution and came to America as a refugee.
She took great pride in her home and yard and especially enjoyed planting and caring for her flowers.
She is survived by her husband, Joseph; her sons, Louis Sebok, Jr. of Southern Ohio and Andrew Sebok, of Las Vegas; her daughters, Cynthia (Steven) Hall, of Lorain and Judith Litten, of Elyria; her 6 grandchildren, Maria, Steven, Staci, Brandon, Matthew and Carter; 1 Great-Grandson, Izaiah; and her brother, John (Linda) Martin, of Lorain.
She was preceded in death by her father, Martin Janos and her mother, Nogula Maria.
The family invites friends to join them at a memorial graveside service on Thursday, August 11th at 1:00 p.m. in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain. Rev. Dr. Linwood Chamberlain, Chaplain at Mercy Regional Medical Center, will officiate.
