Joni Stevens
Mrs. Rebman was my very first employer. At the tender age of 16, she taught me Employee Values that have been with me my whole life. I'm glad I got a few chances to thank her, 20 and 30 or so years down the road. Mary was one-of-a-kind! I am proud to have been a "Rebman's Chick" [what we called ourselves in our sunny yellow and white unis], learning lifelong skills in that snack bar (cooking, cleaning, serving, cashier). For over 40 years whenever I'm training an employee, I have Mary's words of wisdom in my ear "Don't wait for someone else to do it. Do what needs to be done. The people who matter will notice this." I loved Mrs. Rebman and the whole family - my condolences on the loss of your beloved Mary.
