Mary Todhunter's Obituary
Mary Todhunter (nee Super), age 90, of Amherst, passed away unexpectedly in Florida, on Thursday, September 6, 2018.
She was born on July 11, 1928 in Lorain, Ohio, to the late George and Mary (nee Vanko) Super. Mary was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Church. She was a member of the Ohio Pace Arrow RV Club, as well as a life time member of the Ladies Auxiliary for both the VFW and the American Legion.
Whether it was out of the country or across the United States, Mary loved traveling with her husband. She also enjoyed cooking, but her greatest passion was for caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is going to be dearly missed by her husband of 58 years, Terry, her daughter, Tina (Joseph) Schulin, of Lorain, her beloved grandchildren; Mallory (David) Kelts, Mackenzie (Brent) Miller, Joseff (Kathryn) Schulin, Jordan Schulin, and Terry (Karly Maclean) Schulin, and her great grandchildren; Ian, Alice, and “Baby #3” Miller, Cooper, Riley, Bronson, Madison, and Samantha Kelts, and Josef and Madeline Schulin.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, and her brothers; Alex, Edward, and Nicholas Super.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 13, from 2–4 pm and 6–8 pm, in the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center, 1110 Cooper Foster Park Road, Amherst, where her funeral service with Byzantine Rites, will also be held on Friday, September 14th, at 10:00 am. Burial will follow in Calvary Cemetery, Lorain.
