Melpia Patsios' Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother, Melpia Patsios, on Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at the age of 94. She was born in the village of Alea in Argos, Greece on April 5, 1931. She is survived by her loving children, George and Sophia (Stanley Rousonelos); cherished granddaughter, Tiffany; and siblings Nicholas Dimou (Dimitra) of Greece and Angelo Dimou (Maria) of Canada. She will be greatly missed by her family. Melpia was preceded in death by her beloved husband Christos Patsios of 70 years on January 11, 2025; her parents Christos and Sophia Dimou; and her brothers James Dimou and Steve Demou (Marlene). Private funeral services were held under the direction of the Dovin and Reber Jones Funeral & Cremation Center at St. Nicholas Greek Orthodox Church in Lorain. Interment followed at Ridge Hill Memorial Park.
